7 BEST WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST.

1 EXERCISE DAILY
Do Cardio, HIIT (high intensity interval training ) or any sport that you like such as swimming, running, walking, golf etc. The important part is to do it regularly.

2 FOLLOW A KETO DIET PLAN
Eat low carb and high fat diet. Food to include in your diet : avocados, zalm, eggs, healthy oil, lean meat, nuts, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, lemon, tomatoes and yoghurt.

3 INTERMITTENT FASTING (IF)
Two meals a day within 6 hours window. Skip breakfast and start with lunch as your first meal. Take the second meal after 4 or upto 6 hours. Eat your one meal within a span of 1 hour and not more. In between meals, do not snack.

4. NO SUGAR INTAKE
No sugar in food or drinks. Sugar, honey, sweet desserts, cakes, chocolates, sodas and many more which contain sugar will not help to lose weight. Intake of sugar spike up insulin in your body and hence, storing fats. By eating fruits such as bananas and berries, there is already an amount of sugar (fructose) in them, and therefore, there is sufficient sugar intake naturally for your body. Therefore, do not worry about fainting due to lack of sugar. With less intake of sugar, your goal in losing weight can be achieved quicker. Fruit to avoid or to eat them less because they contain a high amount of sugar are apples, grapes, and others which are very sweet.

5 SKIP BREAKFAST
Have your first meal at lunchtime. We have been taught that breakfast is very important, but is it? The debate of breakfast is ongoing amongst the health professionals. From experience, I have nearly never taken breakfast. When I did, it was during vacations as hotels provided tempting sumptuous food which I could not resist. Skipping breakfast would elongate the fasting time given that your last meal is at dinner the day before. During this fasting time, your body will be burning fat.

6. NO SNACKS AT ALL
No snacking between meals. Resisting food is hard and snacking is even harder because it is a very bad habit which is not easy to get rid of. Some snacks are not even delicious, but we eat it. Maybe due to us being bored, restless, stress or just doing the bad habit. Hence, to get rid of it is to not snack at all. Throw away all those chips, pretzels etc from your kitchen cabinets. Don’t buy snack food anymore.

7. GET RID OF FOOD THOUGHT
Focus on other activities than food. Thinking of food or looking at food pictures – both are unhealthy activities if you want to lose weight fast. So, put your focus on other activities or hobbies which you have or find one (that is healthy) and focus on that.
